If you'd like to share your knowledge, products, services, and/or loving energy with our attendees at the beautiful Rhodes College, please complete the submission form on this page and our team will be in touch with more information. Please put yourBusiness Name in the Subject.

Vendor brands/business names will be published on our website, festival map, and featured on social media.

A one-time payment of $150 will secure your spot and a 6’ foot table and table cover. In case of rain, festival will be moved to Sunday, September 20th, 11am-4pm. Please make sure you are available for both dates, 9/13 and 9/20. No vendor refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather. Accepting online payments.

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of the festival, please let us know. We rely on sponsorships to cover our costs. Sponsorships are available at different tiers ranging from $500-$7,500.
