CLass Descriptions

Power Flow: Start your day with a 45-minute powerful, energetic practice that focuses on fluidly linking breath to movement.
In this all-levels class, you can expect a high energy and face-paced flow encouraging playfulness and courage! You will get all of the yoga vibes combined with a kick a$$ workout plus a good sweat. Round out this session with a 5-minute cool down with deep stretches and savasana before heading to your next class!

Ashtanga: Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional system of yoga that builds internal and external heat to help stretch and detoxify the body. After practice, students can expect to have the feeling of a
good “work out” with the added benefits of calmness, lightness and extra energy. In the
Ashtanga Led class, students will be guided through the practice using breath,
bandhas and drishti to move in and out of Sun Salutations, standing postures, seated
postures and inversions. We'll explore postures from the first half of the First Series
(Primary Series) and move into the Second Series (Intermediate Series), which is
called Nadi Shodana (roughly translated as nerve cleansing). All levels welcome.

Kundalini Shakti Activation: Kundalini is your creative potential, your muse, your vital impulse. It is the common denominator for all forms of self-healing, inspiration and evolution. Composed of dynamic and static sequences, Kundalini yoga alternates intense and light effort in order to work the heart, the body and the spiritual dimension. It develops optimism, joie de vivre, and the circulation of love. Combined with beautiful live soundscapes uniquely woven by cellist Tamar Love for this event, this class is sure to unlock your heart, energize your body, and inspire your soul to new heights of clarity and joy.

FLOW: Flow is a dynamic class that connects breath with movement, builds strength and flexibility.
This class will incorporate backbends, arm balances, and balancing poses. Open to all levels
and students are welcome to flow at their own pace.

A Holistic Approach to Your Personal Nutrition: You are a whole person with unique needs. When it comes to learning the needs of your body and working towards your goals, our nutrition can feel overwhelming and complicated. The diet industry is saturated with confusing nutrition information. We are constantly bombarded with contradictory rules about what to eat, which foods to avoid, and how to have the “best” diet possible. So, where do you start?
Come learn how to improve your approach and shift your mindset around food and overall wellness by addressing all of the different components that make up your personal nutrition.
You’ll walk away with some new (self) knowledge and a few tools for how to get started on your own!

Handstand Flow: Starting with a warm up stretching out the wrists, firing up the core and hamstrings. We will be working through different techniques to get upside down and to explore where your body is in space. This will be a fun filled class, all levels welcome.

BodyART: BodyART is a highly unique and differentiates class that combines fitness and physical therapy. The goal is to keep runners running, yogis stretching, lifters lifting, dancers dancing, athletes competing and grandparents mobile as ever. Through function and form, BodyART supports life pain-free and prevents injuries.

Yin: A slow and meditative form of yoga for all levels. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held 3-5 minutes. This class is perfect to bring your body into balance and increase range of motion. All levels welcome.

HIIT x Flow:High intensity interval training combining body weight strength training, cardio bursts and a dynamic yoga flow for a total body workout. This practice is all about sweating, working,
connecting to TAPAS on your mat.

Aruveyda Introduction to the doshas: This lecture will open the doorway of the doshas. Each one of us is unique, understanding the nature of our own individual makeup is key to making healthful decisions about diet, lifestyle and yoga practices. Come learn about and make friends with your elemental makeup.

BUTTI Yoga: Buti Yoga is a high intensity workout that is Vinyasa based and combines dynamic movement, cardio, plyometrics, and dance! Deep stretches are woven throughout the class and we work all layers of the core using spiral techniques. It’s a fun and challenging full body workout (with a bomb playlist that’s sure to get you moving) that provides both physical and mental release.

Mat Pilates with Tam: Enjoy a full body pilates mat class focusing on strength, mobility, stability, and stretch. A mat and your own body weight is all that’s needed.

Yin & Meditation: Deepen your practice by adding a layer of mindfulness meditation to your movement. Combining the physical depth of a yin flow with the calming effect of guided meditation will leave you feeling open and connected to yourself. No prior experience with either yin or meditation is needed. Fidgety skeptics are especially welcomed!

Kemetic Yoga: Kemetic Yoga is a regenerative and healing practice that emerged from ancient Egypt. In this class you’ll uncover yoga’s African origins as you breathe mindfully, move slowly, and explore your mind, body and spirit connection. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, you’re in the right place if you're in search of a soulful experience on your mat.

Partner/ Acro Yoga: (no partner required)Come fly with us! Acro and partner yoga is a fun and meaningful way to deepen your practice – physical, mental, and social – and find new ways to balance, listen, and respond. In the first half of class, we will practice Acro Yoga – we’ll learn 4-6 fun ways to pick each other up and go upside down. In the second half of class, we will practice partner yoga where we find ways to therapeutically connect, stretch, and hold space for each other.

Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing: Give yourself the gift of an hour of inner nourishment. Practitioners will cultivate a balanced and
powerful inner peace through a sacred journey led by Tori Anito, involving a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, followed by an extended Sound Bath Savasana. Sound Healing is a technique that uses sounds, frequencies, and vibrations that allow an internal harmonization of our physical and etheric bodies and a connection and expansion of higher consciousness. The therapeutic application of sound, vibration, and channeled voice activation as it moves through the bones, muscles, and fascia, can help bring movement and healing to stagnant areas and energy held within. This is an hour devoted to making space for you to feel embodied and whole all while landing in the sacred space of your heart.
All levels, no experience needed.

Personalizing Yoga through Astrology: In this lecture we will explore how you can become more refined in your practice of yoga through understanding your zodiac sign as well as understanding how you might shift your practice during each astrological season as well. No knowledge of Astrology will be needed to understand so all levels are welcomed. We will explore practical applications that will be immediately able to be applied.
